Gridless 007

TROUBLE IN THE KITCHEN

You can imagine the mess our compilers get into as they cook up these Gridless puzzles: word-pots boiling over; a forgotten blender beating into butter what was supposed to be a series of light and fluffy clues; toasters ejecting puns burnt to a crisp as smoke starts to billow from the cryptic-oven…

We've tried to replicate the experience for our puzzlers in this latest Gridless, and with a liberal dash of spite! It is a devilish dish. You'll feel like you are reading a recipe for disaster as you battle too many kitchen dilemmas all at once!

21. Causes a stir by putting the self-raising flour back without the office lady involved. (7)
22. Squeeze together, quickly mash, and crush. (5)
