Cross-stitch 002

This second Cross-stitch is Step by step. Again, it is a traditional Double Crostic puzzle in which you are asked to find a quotation, the author's name, and the title of the work from which the quotation was sourced.

As an added intrigue, navigate through the puzzle. It's easy: the footwork is mapped by arrows showing the way. Proceed carefully and you will reveal an embedded message.

These Cross-stitch puzzles are so hot right now but, man, I thought navigating the judicial system was tough!

Navigating my way through this puzzle was a nightmare. I'm heading home for a short respite...

That's allowed, right..?
